Our goal is to have your order picked, packed, and shipped the SAME DAY. We offer this guarantee on items in stock, as shown in the description of each product. An order of an item, when in stock, that is received by 2 PM CST on Mon- Fri will be shipped out the same day. An order of an item on weekends/holidays, when in stock, will ship the next business day. This guarantee does not apply to quantity orders of same item or orders that contain both same day items and backordered items (showing a typical ship date). Shipping charges for orders are extra.

 

Styli are listed with a set of possible dimensions. Abbreviations of dimensions are as follows: DK=Ball Diameter, L=Styli Length, DG=Base Width, ML=Measurement Length, MLE=Additional Measurement Length, DS=Stem Diameter, DSE=Additional Stem Diameter, and B=Cylinder Length. ALL styli have threaded inserts unless otherwise indicated. Illustrations shown are for dimensional reference only and do not necessarily display all features.

Carl Zeiss Credit Policy

We accept VISA, Mastercard and American Express Cards on all accessory orders. For purchase orders, our standard terms are net 30 days (after credit review). Carl Zeiss Industrial Metrology, LLC. reserves the right to amend this policy as necessary. All sales are FOB our premises Maple Grove, MN.

 

Carl Zeiss Return Policy

We offer a 60 day return policy on unused catalog items in original packing. Goods returned for reasons other than quality issues are subject to a restocking fee of $50.00 or 10% of the price whichever is greater. After 60 days, no product will be will be accepted for return. Returned product will be inspected and credit will be issued, except where an item is damaged, incomplete, or not in original packaging. Special or custom items are not eligible for return. Please call 800-327-9735 to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number before shipping your product. The RA number must be indicated on all paperwork and labels for return. No returns will be accepted without an RA number.
